Hello/Hola/Ciao/Aloha, I’m Giannina & I’m a bilingual Latina voice actor.
Commercial Demo Reel:

(Animation Demo Reel coming soon!)
I have a broadcast quality home recording studio in Honolulu, Hawaii with access to Source Connect. I also travel back to my hometown of Los Angeles often for work. I’m fluent in English and Spanish and conversational in Italian. (My parents are from the South American countries of Chile and Uruguay, so the combination of those theatrical accents they bestowed upon me is a lot of fun.)
I have trained with multiple coaches and companies since 2019 for a variety of voiceover niches, including Richard Horvitz, Valentina Latyna, Jesse Inocalla, Keythe Farley, Debra Sperling, Real Voice LA, Sound On Studio, Voice Trax West, Improv LA, Edge Studio, and so many more. I’m also learning how to puppeteer! I take ongoing VO lessons and workouts since I'm always eager to learn more and improve my skills.

Class Video: Spanish VO 2 w/ Valentina Latyna
Short clips of me in the booth during Valentina Latyna’s Level 2 Spanish VO class at Real Voice LA. One take in English and the other in Spanish. It was so much fun and I learned many great vocal techniques! A little bit tongue-tied at times, but it’s okay and part of the learning process. (I also realized that I have a bad habit of saying “okay” too much. See if you can count them all, okay?)

My VO Journey:
I got my "start" in voiceover through a random, one-off opportunity in high school when I was asked to record for a new smartphone's virtual assistant software. I'll never forget how trippy it was when I walked into the recording booth and all the noise got sucked out of the room. The sound engineer even asked me if I was okay because he didn't understand my level of amusement. After repeating basic prompts several times in different accents and tones (hello, turn off, mute, unmute, play, repeat, etc.), I left that Sherman Oaks studio and rarely thought about voiceover again... until 2019, nearly 10 years later, when I took a traditional animation course with the amazing Chuck Sheetz at UCLA's School of Theater, Film, and Television. Through that class, I rediscovered my love for drawing and a newfound obsession for voice acting and the process of finding the right voices for characters.
I watched a lot of cartoons and animated films growing up and was always blown away by the fact that most of the kids on the screen were voiced by grown women. I'm grateful and excited that I can be one of those women now too! I enjoy the creative process of collaborating with other artists and helping bring different projects to life with my voice, whether it's for a commercial, dub, audiobook, or anything else.
Thank you to all the wonderful coaches/mentors, classmates, directors, and studios that have helped me along the way. Looking forward to what's next!
